adidas Eurocamp opens registration for 2024 elite basketball showcase
June 1-3, 2024 at La Ghirada Città Dello Sport in Treviso, Italy
adidas Basketball opens its registration for the 17th edition of adidas Eurocamp, the premier showcase bringing together the best draft-eligible athletes ages 18-22 from all over the world, and the only official NBA pre-draft camp in Europe.
adidas Basketball combines its sport heritage and expertise with an impressive roster of seasoned NBA coaches, scouts, agents, and players who are dedicated to amplifying the next generation of talents who will shape the future of basketball. Returning to lead the event is Coaching Director and former NBA Assistant Coach, Bill Bayno, and Scouting Director, Gianluca Pascucci.
This year’s participating teams will include 2 Eurocamp Teams (Draft eligible athletes), 2 US Teams, ANGT Select Team, and the new World Team, made up of athletes hailing from LATAM, Africa, APAC and emerging markets.
Standout athletes from last year’s camp that have since gone on to pursue professional careers includeNadir Hifi (France), Tidjane Salaun (France),Mouhamed Faye (Senegal), Johann Gruenloh (Germany) and Motiejus Krivas (Lithuania). Other standout athletes from last year's camp include MVP V. J. Edgecombe and Dwayne Aristode from the USA, both of whom are currently top recruits for next year's draft.
Over its past 16 editions, adidas Eurocamp has produced over 150 former and current NBA and EuroLeague players including Zion Williamson New Orleans Pelicans), Darius Garland (Cleveland Cavaliers), Danilo Gallinari (Milwaukee Bucks),Goran Dragić (Retired NBA Player), Brandon Ingram (New Orleans Pelicans), Jaylen Brown (Boston Celtics), Jusuf Nurkić (Phoenix Suns), Lu Dort (Oklahoma City Thunder) and Bogdan Bogdanović (Atlanta Hawks).
